We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every piece is made to order. Most items are hand-cut and produced in our workshop the next day you submit your order. You should allow approximately 4-6 days for us to produce your piece once your order is processed, followed by an additional 2-3 days for shipping. If we are unable to meet these timelines for any reason, you will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

For detailed information on our shipping policies and returns, please check our Shipping & Returns page.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at customs in your country, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and can vary based on the value and type of goods being imported.

Please note that we cannot predict or control these fees, as they are beyond our jurisdiction. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for detailed information regarding potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order.

For more information on how these charges may affect your order, please visit our Taxes & Duties page.
