We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to change or return any product bought on our website, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every piece is made to order. Most items are hand-cut and produced in our workshop the next day you submit your order. You should allow approximately 4-6 days for us to produce your piece once your order is processed, followed by an additional 2-3 days for shipping. If we are unable to meet these timelines for any reason, you will be informed at the time of order confirmation. 

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at customs in your country, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes that may apply.
