We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any product bought on our website, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or exposure to moisture or perfume cannot be accepted.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every piece is made to order. Most items are hand-cut and produced in our boutique atelier the next day you submit your order. You should allow approximately a week for us to produce your piece once your order is processed, followed by an additional 2-3 days for shipping. If we are unable to meet these timelines for any reason, you will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

If your selected item is already in stock, it may be shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
